Pool of Dreams
A beautiful collage of reflections, ripples and droplets in the dreamy series entitled 'Mise En Abyme' by Karine Laval. The photographs explore the duplicity of water, the fine line between dreams and reality played out in the mirror images on the waters surface. These pictures also demonstrate the way water can lay static, placid, with objects floating in perfect stillness above the surface to the sudden eruption of shapes, motion, and sinking objects.
